Web-based Helpdesk Software Can Now be Leased for as Low as $250/Month
San Jose, June 14, 2000 - Integral Solutions Corporation (ISC) announced today that customers may now lease SupportWizard, its premiere Web-based helpdesk/customer support package, on a monthly or annual basis. With this hosting option, the software is installed and maintained by ISC at its secure, industrial strength Web-site, where the customer's staff and end users access it using a standard browser.
The leased installation can be fully customized to include the customer's graphics, logo, and other look and feel elements to provide a seamless interface with the rest of the customer's Web-site. Customers can customize all fields, choices, displays, and access permissions and also set their own workflow and escalation rules. SupportWizard includes a fully licensed MySQL database and supports export and import of standard ASCII data to enable the quick creation of a fully searchable knowledgebase.
A company's customers and support staff can then search this knowedgebase of support information to find solutions to known problems. If the answer is not found, they can submit a ticket on a new problem and attach sample files in any format (tickets can also be created/updated from e-mail submissions). Tickets are automatically routed to the appropriate staff people by workflow and escalation rules. Sophisticated password and access controls permit different levels of access to customers' internal staff and external end users.
ISC is currently offering a full hosting package for $249 setup and $250/month for ten simultaneous users.
