Typical CPU utilizization is less than 10% and typical swap usage is zero.

We go the distance to ensure that your SupportWizard service is fully backed up and never off-line:

• Our servers are configured with Ultra-SCSI RAID storage



• Automatic backups are performed every 4 hours



• Nightly backups are made to two additional servers, at least one of which is at a different facility, either of which can take over in the event of a catastrophic outage



• In 4 years of full production use, no SupportWizard server has ever failed, nor have we lost a single byte of customer data.
