- A user is counted as a simultaneous user when he/she logs in under a personal login to submit, track, or work with tickets. An unlimited number of users may be logged into the FAQ interface under the group login (where they may search, view, and print FAQs) without counting towards the licensed users.
- For an additional fee, unlimited user accounts can be hosted on a dedicated dual Xeon 2.66 GHz machine with 2 GB RAM and ftp access for your company.
