Several levels of SupportWizard customization are supported:
- The browser based point and click interface allows you to change
- Fields, choice tables, templates, fonts, graphic images, footnotes
- Workflow, escalation rules, group and user permissions
- Scripts can be used to implement custom functionality
- A complete API and database schema is available to integrate SupportWizard with 3rd party applications
SupportWizard provides a true open architecture solution. Nothing is hidden and we provide all the tools necessary for those who wish to do the job themselves.
However, our support staff are also ready and willing to customize SupportWizard to your exact
requirements. We offer onsite customization and training packages, as well as Custom Development for those customers who prefer to have expert advice and implementation.
