Welcome to the SupportWizard customer demo. We have created a simple demo database that describes a few basic features of SupportWizard.

There are typically three ways an end user might be given access to SupportWizard and you can try each of them with this demo.
  1. Through a hyperlink at your website that logs them into the FAQ interface as a generic user so they can view any existing answers to questions. Click here to see what a general guest faq user would see. This access does not require use of a login or password and all users who access the system this way are "free," that is, they do not use up a license.

  2. Through a login block that allows them to log in to the system to submit a new ticket, search for FAQs, and track tickets they have previously submitted. Here is a sample login block. Type the login "user" and the password "user" (without the quotes) to log in as a registered end user to the system.
  3. Login:

  4. Through self-registration - you can allow users to create a user account themselves and then to log in using that new account to submit tickets and perform whatever other actions you permit them. This can be done through a hyperlink at your website. Click here to create a new user account and access the demo project in this way.
Note: Users themselves may create autologin hyperlinks that log them in without them having to type in their login and password. Click Start Demo to be automatically logged into this database as an end user.

Try each of the buttons on the toolbar to see how easy it is to find FAQs by searching the knowledgebase, submit your own ticket, and edit your user record (we have disabled your ability to modify the password or login, but you can change the personal fields).

Note that this demo shows the program from the point of view of an end user trying to submit a problem or view the status of a previous submission. Once you have tried this demo, you may wish to try the staff and admin demos to see the more advanced functionality of the program.

Note: The demo is displayed in a new window.
To return to the main screen, simply close the demo window or click on the Logout link in the upper right hand bar.
