Welcome to the SupportWizard administrator demo. This section
of the demonstration allows you to explore some of the features of
SupportWizard that are used by the system administrator.
The administrator is generally in control of customizing
SupportWizard’s look and feel, fields, choice tables, escalation
rules, workflow rules, group permissions, displays, and so on.
The admin demo gives you access to most of these actions. We have disabled permission to delete or modify any user logins and passwords and turned off a couple of other sensitive features that could disable the demo for other users.
We recommend that you try the Customer Demo before the Admin Demo, since it contains a basic introduction to the end user interface.
To learn about how to customize SupportWizard, click on the  in the upper right hand header bar once you have logged into SupportWizard to open up the online help.

Notes:
- The demo projects are refreshed from a backup twice a day, at 7pm and 4:30am PST.
If you are running the demos at those times, you may be logged off the system and have to log back on again.
- The demo is displayed in a new window. To return to the main screen, simply close the demo window or logout.
