Welcome to the SupportWizard staff demo.
This demo allows you to explore some of the features of SupportWizard
that might be used by support staff.
We recommend that you first go through the Customer
demo to familiarize yourself with the basic end user interface functions.
Click here to start the staff demo as a user named "staff".
To learn about how to navigate through the system and how to work with tickets or users in SupportWizard, click on the  in the upper right hand header bar to open up the online help.
