We believe in making information about the full functionality of the program readily accessible to people evaluating helpdesk and CRM systems, unlike some of our competitors, who claim functionality that turns out to be missing from their actual product.

The SupportWizard User Manual provides full documentation of administrative, staff, and expert user functions. The end user interface is intended to be self-explanatory and is not included in the user guide.

Note: The methodology for customizing the complete look and feel of the application to match your company website is scheduled to be simplified in the next release, and is therefore not fully covered in this user guide. For questions about integrating the product into your website look and feel, please contact our technical support team, who will be happy to assist customers with this process.
