Questions
Does this mean only three users can access the system?

No! SupportWizard comes with a dynamic FAQ interface that allows an unlimited number of users to login under a group login and search, view, and print out tickets in your knowledgebase that you have published as answers to frequently asked questions. Providing high quality and timely answers to FAQs is the best way to reduce your support costs, since it helps your end users find answers to their questions without having to interact with your support staff. Users who go to the FAQ interface using the FAQ autologin hyperlink are not counted towards the 3 licensed users.

Does this mean I can only have 3 registered users?

No. You may have hundreds or thousands of registered users in the user table, and you may use SupportWizard to do bulk e-mails to these customers, to convert their incoming e-mails to tickets, and so on.

What exactly does 3 simultaneous users mean?

A license is used as soon as a user (whether staff or customer) logs in under an individual login (to submit tickets, track tickets they have submitted, work on tickets, etc.). Under the free 3 user license, you may have three such users logged in at any given time.
