Reseller Requirements

We do not require a minimum sales volume and there are no upfront fees to become a reseller. However, there are some minimal requirements:

• You must publicize your status as a SupportWizard reseller and display our logo at your website
• You must use SupportWizard to handle your own customer support and make it visible to your customers

Becoming a SupportWizard Reseller

Step 1: Register to set up a personal login and password.

Step 2: Login and fill out an application. We will e-mail confirmation of your acceptance within three days. In the meantime, you may download the program and install it by going to the downloads page.
