Free Support

We provide free support during a 30 day evaluation period, and all purchases of SupportWizard come with 30 days of free support and upgrades. We also respond to bug reports, whether or not they are submitted by a supported customer. In addition, we provide 24/7 access to our knowledgebase of FAQs to all users.

Standard Support Package

The standard support package includes:
  • Telephone support from 9am to 5.30pm Pacific Standard time.

  • All upgrades and enhancements.


  • If you purchase SupportWizard from our European Sales Office, support is available from 9am to 5:30pm GMT.

  • If you purchase SupportWizard from one of our resellers, they will provide telephone support during their working hours.

Premium Support Package

  • 24 hour per day, 7 day per week, 365 days per year telephone and login support.
