Based on the experience of existing customers and internal benchmarks, the following hardware configurations should provide excellent performance.

SupportWizard can be used effectively with lesser hardware configurations, even the minimum recommendations below provide plenty of head-room for additional users. But we do not recommend using less than 512 MB RAM on Windows or 384M on Linux or performance will suffer severely. For example, with 256 MB on Windows, it runs at about 1/10 the optimum speed.


If you need additional hardware, please consider our turnkey system.

Note:
The SupportWizard code is identical on all operating systems, but if you have a choice of OS, we recommend Suse Linux as a reliable and secure operating system.
