We provide several ways for customers to see SupportWizard in action, all of them accessible from this page.
  • For the quickest introduction to SupportWizard's main features and for direct answers to your specific questions, a telephone walkthrough of the live product with one of our sales associates is recommended.


  • If you prefer to explore the program on your own, without the necessity for downloading it, you can sign up for your own evaluation project, hosted on our server.


  • If you want to remain anonymous and don't need full access to the admin functionality, you can explore our existing live online demos.


  • If you want to try out the program on your own server in your own environment, you can download the fully functional program with 3 free users.


Guided Telephone Walkthroughs

We are pleased to offer free Online Guided Tours of SupportWizard by telephone with a member of our support staff as tour guide. To encourage people to sign up for a guided tour, we will give those who take the tour a $150 credit towards purchase or a $50 credit towards hosting of SupportWizard, if the purchase order is received within 30 days of the tour. The tour will walk you through the main features of SupportWizard and give you a hands on feel for how easy it is to customize and use.

Customer Demo
The customer demo logs you in as an end user so you can see what the end user interface looks like and experience the system from that point of view.

Staff Demo
The staff demo logs you in as a staff member with greater privileges to the staff interface, where you can create tickets, edit tickets customers have submitted, publish tickets to the FAQs, etc.

Administrator Demo
The admin demo logs you in as an admin user with full privileges to modify fields, choices, views, workflows, and so on.

Notes:
    The demos are displayed in a new window. At the end of the demo, simply close the window or switch back to this one.
    The demos are automatically refreshed from a backup at 7pm and 4:30am PST each day. If you are running them during those hours, you may experience the disappearance of tickets or changes you have just made.
    In order to introduce you to the capabilities of SupportWizard, most of the "tickets" in these demos describe the sofware rather than containing typical problem reports. Please feel free to submit realistic trouble tickets while going through the demos.
