help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using our own installation of SupportWizard. Start by viewing our
SupportWizard Interactive FAQs.
Prospective customers, please note that you can customize the FAQ interface to perfectly match the look and feel of your website.
If you have purchased the standard support/upgrade contract, telephone support is available to you from 9am-5:30pm PST Monday through Friday at 650-587-8615.
You may also wish to review the online manuals and tutorials for SupportWizard either by clicking the Help button while in the program, or by clicking here and then selecting the appropriate manual to view online or download.
If you think you have found a bug in SupportWizard, we want to know
about it! Please submit a ticket below, describing how to duplicate the bug.
