Standard Consulting Packages
We offer two standard packages of on-site consultation:
| QuickStart 2 Day Implementation |
This package is suitable for companies that are planning to use SupportWizard for a single main activity, such as tracking helpdesk calls or providing external customer support, without extensive customization of the program look and feel. Services typically include process consulting and product customization in conjunction with your admin, along with basic staff and admin training. |
| QuickStart 3 Day Implementation |
This is the recommended package for companies with extensive customization, training, and/or multi-use requirements (for instance, plans to use SupportWizard as both an external customer support and asset tracking tool). It typically includes on-site installation, setup, process consulting and full product customization, including integration of the look and feel into the company website, usually in conjunction with staff, admin, and/or end-user training, and may also include custom documentation, as appropriate. |

We also offer longer term consulting for companies with multiple knowledgebases, or extensive data import, custom scripting, or custom documentation requirements.

For locations outside of California, Oregon, and Washington, there is a 2 day minimum for on-site consulting. These fees are for North America only. International on-site service fees will depend on duration and location.
All consulting tasks except for training may be performed off-site, if the implementation is accessible over the internet. Off-site consulting may also be contracted for on an hourly basis, for $200/hour.
Our development staff is also available to write custom scripts to implement just about anything that is not available through the built-in program functionality, at the rate of $200/hour.
